Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at your support email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address, as it may vary depending on your location. Please include your order number inside the package. Returns received without an order number may not be processed.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit or packages that cannot be identified due to missing order information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
The following items are not eligible for return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, bedwetting alarms cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, worn, or attached to clothing or bedding.
Returns for bedwetting alarms are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, or if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original order after it has been approved and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law, depending on the condition of the returned item and the reason for the return.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at your support email.
